ASRock provides very good service

In 2013 I built a gamer PC to my friend Håvard. He died a couple of years ago and I took over the PC. Two days ago, I upgraded the BIOS system to a beta version and this is done on my own responsibility. The manufacturer writes on the website that it is at your own risk.

It’s about five years ago. But I wrote an email to the manufacturer today early and wrote that the PC did not work with the beta BIOS. I got quick answers! and it was described how to reset the BIOS. It did not work and I wrote that whatever I did, the PC would not start.

I wrote so that all I could do was buy a new motherboard. Then I got one quicker response! They wrote that I could provide my address and they should send a new BIOS with optional version! It will arrive in the mail in 3 to 4 days.

I was shocked by the response and service quality. The motherboard had expired on date and the warranty was two years from the date of purchase. The company is named ASRock and has Europe’s service office in the Netherlands.

I’m going to buy ASRock in the future.
